Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind return requests lodged within 30 days of delivery for eligible full-price items.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, some products may be excluded where clearly stated at the time of purchase.
- Sale items may be exchange-only or final sale where noted.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or not as ordered.
Exchanges
If you need a different size and stock is available, we will do our best to process an exchange quickly.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund depending on the circumstances.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant.
Where Australian Consumer Law applies, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on whether the issue is major or minor.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
- You are entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
